Founder James Clark, a native of Friona, Texas, grew up in the agriculture water well business. He has over 35 years of experience building and servicing all brands and types of pumps. His vast experience in the water technology industry has given him the opportunity to recognize and solve many complex issues. He spent years working in the field, pulling, repairing and setting pumps and brings that understanding to Tascosa Pump & Supply. James is a respected member of the water well installing and supply industries. He is a Master Pump Installer, licensed by the state of Texas, and earned his MBA from West Texas A&M University.

Galen Clark works in Outside Sales and is a Pump Technician. He is the 3rd generation of Clarks to be involved in the pump business. He began his career while still in high school working on a pulling rig. He has hands-on experience that enhances his ability to relate to customers. Galen earned his Bachelors in Agriculture Business and Economics at West Texas A&M University.

Collin Thompson is a 2nd generation Pump Technician and a Machinist in Training. He is in the machinist program at Amarillo College and is set to earn his Associates in Machine Technology in 2017. He has several years of experience working for Glass Pros, his father’s business, and is a great asset to our company.

Rachel Clark married into the pump business almost 30 years ago. She serves as Office Manager and Secretary/Treasurer of Tascosa Pump. She has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and education. Rachel earned her Bachelors in English from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
